How come Kalika is in a different city?

Narpat and family, Saloni and family, Shubhra and family and Gajendra pratap singh when he was separated they all live in the same city?

Then why does Saloni have to travel to meet Kalika?

Where was Shama all this time? a different city, if yes, then how come kaveri was able to follow Gaj [pratap when she found thesecret.

If it is not the same city, how come Narpat found out Shama's details and how often does he travel.

Did I miss something in the updates as I do not watch the serial just read the update

kalika lives and prctices in diff city.
gaj and nahar ambi all live in same city prob called devlsar
shyma is in hosptal in devalsar. I guess it is close by.
kalila is in udaypur it is close by I guess,

But it is true kalika does not live in same city as saloni or narpat. Thar is why kalika was traveling to Devalsar
