What right does Veer have taking the baby

Just a question, what right does Veer have over the baby? He keeps saying that Jiji's unfit to be a mother, but taking the child away from her is going over board! I know many might not agree with me, but the child is Urvashi's and Brijesh's - only them two have rights over the child, so why didn't jiji just take the baby back? Only a court can forcefully remove a child from thier parents if thier welfare is at risk. So I feel sorry for Jiji in that sense. Tara has no rights whatsoever over the child and when she says it was concieved for her and brijesh, is totally out of line! I think the child should have stayed with Jiji unless a court thinks that its welfare is at stake! Actually, why didnt the singh family get a court order against jiji for custody in the first place, then thier plans would nt be necessary

Tara couldn't carry a baby to term anymore, that was what the problem was unless I am mistaken.

Tara didn't have the Uterus...remember ? And eggs come from ovary- so the baby was from Tara's egg definitely and Urvashi was only carrying 9 months . So Vedant is Brij-Tara's baby .

If they went to court for custody.aThen they wouldn't able to make plans hence know story for the show

jiji was a surrogate mother only ... she broke her deal

she just wants the baby to destroy the singh parivaar ... no love attached to the child just using as weapon
