no saloni did not really have an abortion and nahar wants to give the baby to tara and brijesh because he believes that it was his fault that tara lost her child because nahar was the one that brought chandini into the house (who killed tara baby) so that is why nahar wants to give tara and brijesh baby .. because he believes that it was because of him that thier baby died
