Saloni has been shown as a goody good bahu and beti who
takes care of the family. She has never been rude to anyone.
Now she has become career oriented and the reasons could

She is going to die. Atleast that is what she thinks. So she is
making sure Nahar will have Vrinda and for crazy reasons
believes that everyone in the household will not feel bad when
she is gone, if she is rude to them.
Saloni is not going to die as the show is saloni ki safar. If she
dies the journey has ended and the show is done. People in
these soaps cannot die even if they have life threatening
diseases like Raashi in Kasam Se or Smriti Irani of Saas bhi
show. So far it was only Ekta's territory of deaths and rebirths
and reemergences. Now others seem to follow.
