Gunjan to tie the knot with Sachin Verma
Gunjan Walia, who entered Saat Phere recently as Vrinda, is tying the knot soon with Sachin Verma of Pyar Ki Kashti Main fame. The couple got engaged last month at a private family function.
Says Gunjan, "We met at Diwakar Pundir's party once and became good friends. We never had an utterly buttery kind of romance as we are very mature individuals."
When Gunjan's family started hunting for the right guy for her, she told them about Sachin. "We did not realize that we are in love and all. But our families met each other and fixed up our marriage. So it is like a love cum arranged marriage. His family is very nice. They live in Delhi and are a typical Punjabi family. They met me and though that we are a good match for each other," adds the actress.
Sachin was seen in Pyar Ki Kashti Main as Avinash Mehrotra and is now doing Zohran on Hungama. Apart from Saat Phere, Gunjan was seen in Kuch Apne Kuch Paraye. The two have never acted together till date.
