Starts from yesterday's scene.
Kaveri is saying that Saloni is Nahar's ex wife and Chandni is now nahar's wife. They all live together. They do not have any hard feelings in between them. Our family is quite modern. Pointing at Shubra, she says..take for example her. She is married twice. Samar is horrified and takes Kaveri aside(should have thrown her outside right away) and asks why is she saying all this. Kaveri says whatever she says its the truth. Samar says you r hurting people with your truth. Kaveri says come on samar, enjoy the party, after all this party is for you. Saloni comes and says that Kaveri is right, forget all this and take care of your guests. Samar leaves.
Kaveri turns and says, Chandni ji please come. All follow but kaveri stops them and says where are you going. Please go sit. Chandni takes Nahar to see the house. Narpat comes dressed in the clothes provided by Kaveri(its aprinted shirt and pant) They greet all guests. They go towards Saloni and family.Just then samar comes and hears somebody saying, "oh so this is Samar's father, looks like a colorful personality". samar feels bad. He goes to Kaveri and asks if she told Papa(Narpat) to wear these clothes. Kaveri denies and says why should she say papaji what to wear. Papa himself said that he wants to wear these and I told him why make a fool of yourself. But he is stubborn and he never listens to me. now see, they insulted you in front of so many people. On this Samar says I don't know when these people will understand.😲. Kaveri smirks.
Saloni tells that papa you r looking very cute today and shubra says that mummy you look pretty too today. Narpat says yes my son is a business man today and he will having such parties all the time so I have to change myself and be ready for such parties. Ambika says that you have not taken anything to drink and she calls the waiter. Kaveri on seeing this calls the same waiter and starts screaming at him. she says that I told you to take care of the guests so why are you going here and there. Go there, she points in the opposite direction, all the guest are on that side. go and take care of the guests respectfully. Nahar gets angry and comes forward but chandni stops him.
Brijesh seeing this says that we are invited to this party but for a different purpose. If we are not respected here, why to wait here. Bhabho tries to stop him but Brijesh refuses to wait here. brijesh says to Narpat that we are leaving, calls Nahar and says if you are coming with us. Nahar agrees and leaves with the family but chandni stops him and says atleast lets say bye to the hosts. Chandni tells kaveri, thanks for inviting us and jis tara hamari izzat badai(i can't translate in English). Kaveris says, thanks chandni, we do know to respect people who is on our level. nahar gets angry and leaves.
Next morning, Dheer comes to padam singh with his hukka and asks him if he rcvd any answer from Dev. Padam Sings says not yet. Dheer says, its strange, Dev should have answered right away, wonder why he is taking this long to give an answer. Padam gets angry and asks Dheer to call dev right now. dheer calls dev and gives the phone to PS. Ps asks dev whats your answer to which dev says he needs more time. PS says y u need more time, i am getting you married to a nice girl, not giving you a life sentence punishment. i need your answer right away, I do have self respect . Padam says to dheer, why does he need so much time. Dheer says he understands Dev's confusion. How can he say yes to a girl he saw only once. they need to meet and get to know each other. PS says so you want me to give freedom to Urmila on meeting Dev, how is that possible. Dheer says, its not necessary to send her out, why don't you invite dev here to live with us. That way they will talk to each other, know each other. And there won't be any trouble since we are ther to watch them. PS praises dheer.. Go get Dev and his luggage. dheer is pleased.
Dheer goes to Dev and says that PS send me to take you to come live with us. Dev says that what nonsence is this, tell him I am not coming. Dheer says why. Dev says its not necessary to answer your questions. Dheer sys don't answer. what can i do, I am just passing PS message. Btw, think again, because if you refuse, Thakur saab will get angry and you might loose this job. Dev says ok so let him fire me. my life is mine. Dheer says why are you angry, Life is meaningless without a partner and if your life partner is there...i mean your future bride is there, Urmila, if she is there what will you do here. Dev says he won't go anywhere. Dheer says you r impatient type of person, try to understand the situation. just imagine that you have a wife whom you love a lot but she is living in a different house, this situation might go against you. It maybe possible that she finds somebody else, and she betrays you. You have become a devdas for her and she leaves you for another man. i cannot keep my wife away from me. now just see Nahar and chandni, theu are two body, one soul. You and Urmila also will be recognized that way. let love happen. But for love, u need to be close to one another. Ok, i said whatever I had to say, i am leaving.
Dheer comes home and tells PS that don't worry i have cleaned the room next to Chandni/Nahar, now Dev won't have any problem. If gets lonely he can always go to Nahar's room and talk to them. Our guest should not have any problem. Chandni comes and asks which guests are you talking about. Ps says that when I am here and he lives outside, its against my prestige. Thats why I have invited him to leave with us. He calls Dev. Dev comes and stands next to chandni, she is shocked. PS informs chandni that dev will be living with us from today. Chandni says you r just telling me now. ps says yes because you just came. Chandni says that before taking this decision, you should have atleast asked me once. PS says..what to ask u? Chandni says that the decision to keep dev here, is it right or not? And why was it necessary to shift dev, wherever he was, it was a good place. PS takes Chandni aside and tells her that he is marrying Dev to Urmila and if he is here they can meet and like each other. I might be old-fashioned but I know that to live with a person one has to know each other. Chandni says it was not necessary. Dheer asks Chandni, why is she getting angry on Dev living here. chandni asks him to keep quiet. PS says why is she getting angry on Dheer, it was my decision to bring dev here, and my decision can never go wrong. Chandni leaves from there. Dheer asks PS, dev being here was not liked by chandni, isin't chandni's reaction strange. Dheer says is chandni hiding something from you. PS ponders on that. PS goes to Dev and says don't feel bad what chandni said. she is like that, gets angry on such small things. Go take rest. He asks dheer to take dev to his room.
on the way to the room, dheer says to dev that chandni's reaction on your moving here was strange, her reaction was of a person that was caught red-hand. Dheer leaves him to his room and goes. Dev is thinking with a suspicious look on his face.
kaveri's house: Kaveri has some friends over and they are taking big-shot stuff. Ambika comes down looking for first-kit box. Just then, A guest asks who is she on seeing Ambika. Kaveri says thats mu MIL. she then goes on saying that how happy she was to shift to her new house, but its her bad kuck that she bought old stuff to this new house. Its so irritating, there is no such thing as privacy. But what can i do, I cannot do anything. samar is such aperson that anyone who has tears in their eyes, he melts.
Dev stops Chandni, and tells her that he wants to talk to her. Chandni tells him to let her go, because if anybody sees us together, the game will get spoiled. Dev insists that he wants to talk to her now. she agrees. dev asks her whats her problem if he stays here. Y did your face loose its color. chandni tells him its nothing of that sort. i am just worried that you being here will complicate matters. dev tells her that its u who have complicated matters. did u ever think what i am going through. on one hand its your father who wants me to get married and is forcing me to give my reply soon,\. onthe other hand its you who instead of solving these problems, u r complicating things more. u r definetly hiding something from me. Chandni says please for gods sake don't start the same topic again. dev says what wrong did he say? Chandni says its impossible to make you understand to which dev says its impossible to understand you. Chandbni says enough, i am tired of answering to you. leave my hand and let me go. She leaves angrily.All is watched by Saloni and Tara.
Ambila comes and gives thefirst aid box to Narpat, she is crying. Narpat asks whats the matter, Ambika says its nothing. Narpat says you don't have to say anything, But don't I know kaveri. she cries and Narpat hugs her.
here dheer and dev are walking when suddenly He points out to Nahars room window. Dev looks up and they see a couple hugging in the window's shadow(They just see a shadowy image, they cannot see who it is). Dev looks angrily at the window.
