Is she really pregnant? She told Bua that she was pregnant when Satya's pregnancy report was discovered by Bua. So maybe that's why her tummy is not showing.....

oh yeah...kaveri is declaired pregnant,but her tummy never grows., saat phere is not ekta mayi's it is directed by someother sister company..i guess😉
according to ekta mayi's concept...pregnancy will never end up in 9 months..it can go upto 9 yrs also..😆😆😆 eg: piya from kasam se😉

These are called miracle pregnancies. After some time she will even deliver her baby. Or maybe her tummy will blow up just in a day. 😆
