Saloni brought this upon herself

Despite knowing how bad Padansingh and chandani is why did saloni have to brag knowing that nahar belongs to Chandani and Chandani will do anything for revenge. May be Nahar will now move back there and find a way to trap her and bring her and Padam singh down.

Possibly Chandani has dug a big hole for herself now. But I will still hate seeing NS separated and Nahar living with Chandani.

I guess, as per the law, if the husband and wife do not see each other for 18 months, the divorce is legal.

well wat is she supposed to do? just stay quite? i think even if NS are seperated tht its good this wy tht they love each other and they knoe who thier enemy is rather than live together like befroe but stil trust neel n chandni!

Yes..good point. Also If the wife is declared legally dead, the husband can get married. Saloni is a student of law(she studied LLB) hope she guides SP writers.

As I said in CP, maybe Saloni will send Nahar to Chandni as a plan and Nahar will fake his love to chandni and get the properties back. Thats where the preview comes in when Saloni asks Nahar to choose between her and Chandni...part of a plan.

why do they write script without knowing the laws. i think serial makers break mos tlaws of our constitution.

yeah..........unfortunately th directors do not do their homework when its comes to detail........this new storyline seems too obvious!!!!!!

very true, why did saloni have to challenge chandni. Everyone knows that she is Nahar's first wife, so she does have an upper hand now. But I'm sure Saloni will find a way out of this one too, she always does.

I have not studied law, but i remember reading it somewhere or from a movie or something that if there is no contact between a husband and wife for seven years, only then the husband/wife can remarry because in that case the spouse is considered dead, and even if she/he comes back later on no court will allow her/him to claim their spouse back. But in this case Nahar Chandni marriage is legal.

yes, but here saloni cannot declare chandni dead as she is alive. So here only the SP writers can do something, or as you mentioned Nahar can pretend concern for Chandni and trick her in signing the divorce papers, and property papers
