I saw her on khana Kazana. She seems like a very happy and outgoing person. She was totally different from the show. I think that the directors of the show want her to act this way.

i knoe seriously!!! i hate her role!!! she is acting like a puppet who is being controlled by kaveri....whn she knoes tht kaveri is so called "bad bahu" thn wth is she listennin to her!!! so FAKE! god....

Well, that's how mothers are nd she's playing a typical mother role. Some ppl r not aware of wats going around them nd that applies 2 ambika.If she always faught back there would b no storyline 2 it. I think she's doing a traffic job. 👏 This is based on our everyday life kind of story. Jus like us she is not aware that who is doing something bad.
