I thought I add one: whenever the main character in mental case it is normally done by the family member--oh he was not born like this.

same mental person has to get married to nice girl then mental person becomes normal with the help of the girl. after becoming normal it is normal to affair with another girl....yada yada

OMG I just checked it out, and this is very sad, but that was my list😭! I really didn't copy, actually my friend and I were joking, she was talking about Korean dramas, and I was joking about Indian dramas, and that is when I decided to write this list...I really don't mind ppl posting it on other forums but it took me a while to come up with the list...I would like to get the credit for it😭

So glad you all enjoyed it, I am sure we could go on and on....I loved some of the extra ones you all added....👏
