I think urvashi will turn tara against saloni. I think this becuase urvashi had once said to tara that everyone likes saloni more than you. Also she said that if saloni becomes a mother then everyone will forget you and go after saloni since you can never become a mother.

I think she wants to turn Tara against evey 1..cuz she probably is in luv wif brijesh and wants to marry him or she's after the wealth OR she wants to destroy her sister's life for some unknown reason...
