i . dont knwo what she meant.. but .. in pakistani serial.. they speak urdu.. and indain soeap.s. they speak HINDI.. which has some different word then urdu

ya paksitani punjabi and hindi punjabi .. acent is a little different the words toooooo

no...it aint pakistani...but the serial is based on a rajasthani family...so they may have some rajasthani words in it 😉

Yeah I think they're Rajputs...From Rajistan. Rajputs are punjabi too I think - Nahar "Singh". I really don't know. But they're defintely not speaking punjabi.

She should not use the word Pakistani, in this way.It sounds really typical for a topic.

I am Indian south african and I have seen paki films and some serials which I enjoyed although I am hindi. To be honest I thought that Jhooma and Kooki Kaki are pakistani although kooki wears sindoor. Its was just an observation. So my question remained unasked until someone else asked it on the forum as they do speak differently. But I do enjoy paki films and serials. Some of the characters do look paki but thats not a problem.

No this serial is not "Pakistani"
It is set in Rajasthan therefore all the characters are Rajput!
They are not punjabi even though there surnames, as someone pointed out is singh!
Outskirts of india like rajasthan have names like singh which generally just means "brave one-lion" therefore the rajputs use it. (Connoting their braveness i assume)
They speak in a highly manner, as they are descents of kings and higher class people. (back in the days)
