At the temple :
Saloni is reciting the shloka and Neel completes it.. Neel tells Saloni that he has come back just for her and that today he will say what he has never been able to say before. Neel says he loves Saloni and wants to marry her. Before Saloni can answer her friend(don't remember her name) Saloni's Mom coming, quickly she pulls Saloni & tells her that lets leave. Neel keeps looking at Saloni and Saloni too turns back looking towards him but says nothing.
At Neels house:
Neel feels bad and shares his feelings with Aapji; that Saloni eyes had no feelings for him, they were dry with emotions, she cld have cried in the least. Aapji tells him that she might not have been able to say because her Mom came. Neel decides he will talk to Saloni and meet her.
At Saloni's house: Decorations are on for Saloni's engagement. Narpat is putting the marigold strings and Manno bhabhi tells him that " Devarji aap to aaise dheere-2 haath chala rahe ho jaise naye naveli dulhan!" Saloni's Mom tells gayatri bua to take flowers from the driver!! Gayatri goes to take the flower basket and their hands rub against each other; he asks her why she is not coming to the temple,? She angrily stares at him and goes.
Saloni comes and Manno bhabhi asks Saloni that whether the flowers are looking ok? Saloni does nto say anything, she looks sad and leaves. Manno bhabhi says Saloni sharmate hooey bhi acchi lagti hain.
Shubra is leaving the house when Manno bhabhi and Narpat stop her that it is Saloni's engagement and she shd stay. Shubra says she is going out for some work and she does not care for anything else. She adds when did family members think abt her feelings that she shd care abt them.Just then Salon's Mom comes and tells Shubra :Laado taayar hone mein sabse zyada time tujhe hi lagta hai?chal maan jaa. She says Saloni is her sister. Shubra shouts that she does not care abt Saloni and now Saloni's happiness is everything for her Mom. She says she hates Tara and does not want to see her face.
Saloni's room.
Saloni is talking ot her friend who tells Saloni that she shd have told Neel everything abt her engagement to Nahar. But Saloni says how can I? This is what I had always desired to hear all my life and finally Neel said it although a bit late. Her friend says its too late and now you must think abt it one side its your family, honor, Nahar and other side is Neel. You might win Neel but loose others. Saloni cries.
Neel calls up Saloni'resi. Kaveri picks up and smiles wickedly, Neel asks if he cld spk to Saloni. Kaveri takes the phone to Saloni and tells her its Neel. Saloni keep quiet. Kaveri brings the receiver close her mouth and says "agar nahi baat karni hai to rehne do, main mana kar deti hoon". Neel asks Saloni that she did not answer to the question he had asked in the temple? Saloni says she will talk to Neel. She tells Neel that she has to tell so many things to him that they must meet and talk. Neel agrees.
Saloni's Mom comes to her room and tells her to get ready. She says to Saloni that I have never cared to dress you up and now I have the opportunity to do that. She then takes of her kajal and applies to her neck "lado nazar na lage".
Saloni comes dressed up in a lighter shade of pink lehega. Tara gives ring to Nahar. Saloni is sad and lost in her thoughts. Manno bhabhi tells Saloni to put her finger fwd.
Nahar puts the ring in Saloni's finger, just then Saloni sees Neel near the entrance. Neel sees Saloni getting engaged!

Next: Neel is talking to Rewa and tells her that Saloni is getting married.
