the aunty and the uncle who has saloni's kid gets in a brawl and the uncle takes the daugther and throws her somewhere and narpat comes along and catches the baby. He is confused and doesn't know where the baby came from and the aunty comes out looking for the baby and she sees Narpat holding it. She looks back and see her hubby coming after her and she tells Narpat to take the baby and run and not to worry about her. Narpat goes to the temple with Salonis baby and talks to her and says that I miss my family so much but you remind me of my daughter Saloni so that is whta I am going to name you. Saloni. I could not be a good dad to my family but I will be a good father to you and never deprive you of anything.

Nahar goes to jail cuz he is accused of kiling Kshit. Saloni goes to visit Nahar in jail and Nahar tells Saloni the whole story that when he went to the room Kshit was already dead. Saloni asks if Kshit had any enemies in the office and Nahar suspects a few people. She feels tht this case needs to be handled by Kalika since she is a very experienced lawyer. She goes to Kalika and tells her that Nahar did not kill Kshit that he is being trapped and that she must find out the truth behind this. Kalika syas I know my brother-in-law could never do such a thing and gets all emotional. But inside she is htinking what kind of evidence she needs to get to prove him guilty in Saloni's eyes and that it would not be easy.

She thinks that he needs an alibi of some sort where he was that night Kshitj gets murdered.

She tells Nahar is there any place you can go where you can get a false alibi but the person has to be a total stranger with no relationship to you.

Nahar says I don't know where I can go. She says well I have an idea but it may cost you your respect and in your family's eyes you may be brought down even in front of Saloni. But once you are out of jail you can explain to her why you did this. Nahar says why can't you tell the family what you are planning to do. She says I cannot trust anyone in the family because anyone can have this information leaked and if the court finds out that this was a lie then you will be guilty for the rest of your life or you may get hanged to death.

In the meantime I can find out who the real killer is. Nahar says what would I have to do. Kalika says somehow we have to show you have been visiting a dance bar and meeting with a dancer 2-3 x a week.

These dance girls are always looking for a way to make money so we can bribe them and they will keep their word. Nahar says I can't do this to Saloni nor my family. What if something goes wrong and they sentence me to death, I don't want to die as an infidel in Saloni's eyes.

Kalika says I will explain to Saloni cuz i trust her but no one else and Nahar is like you can tell Bhabho and Brijesh as well she is like a mother to me, but don't tell Tara since she is not in her senses right now. IF I have their support then I have nothing to worry about. Kalika says ok and says to herself you think I am going to tell them but I am not. Sorry Nahar ji.

Kalika goes to the dance bar and finds a dancer and talks to her about the contract. Dancer sasys she will be Nahar's alibi. Kalika brings some of Nahars clothes and bracelets to herand tells her you can use this as proof. Kalika gets another idea she can get Saloni's baby and give it to the dancer and say that the dancer is the mother and Nahar is the father. If the court requests a DNA test from Nahar it would match.

She goes to the Aunty to find the baby and the Aunty told her that a man took it and the whole incident that I mentioned above. Kalika is like shit and she tells the Aunty help me find the baby I will pay you an x amount if you can find the baby for me. Aunty is like that man headed towards the mandir maybe we can ask around their. The priest says yes that man comes here often. Kalika tells the aunty request him for teh baby since its yours rightfully and I will be back tomorrow. Kali leaves and the aunty is waiting there. Narpat comes to take prasad and the aunty goes up to him and asks him for her child back. He gives it back to her saying that she remindsme of my daughter Saloni so I named her that. Aunty is like thats a beautiful name.

Kalika comes the next day and takes lil Saloni. She gives the baby to the dancer.

You can imagine what happens at the court room!!
