that is the luxury the pregnant women enjoy in the joint family and not in nuclear family, they want to educate the family that a lady needs initial rest during confinement and extra care with good food and thoughts and support from family members. It is the lady of the house who gets to eat at the end of the day and it will effect the childs growth as per the research. Let her get pampered while it goes no need to feel jealous.

Even in joint families the educated people know that pregnant women need exercise. Putting on weight and sitting on ass will cause many complications. There used to be many complications and child deaths earlier due to same reason. What's Malti's problem anyway? Doctor only checked her pulse. Shouldn't she go to hospital for a checkup?

She is pregnant with complications that were detected by checking the pulse - but the way CV's are showing it is as if she has a rare disease..

For crying out loud - I have worked through a very complicated pregnancy and even cooked food just before going to hospital with labor pains.

All these shows just show the 'delicate darling' women.

We are much stronger than they make us out to be on these shows - particularly pregnancy tracks

i understand u get complicate pregnancy,,, but this is so fake..complicate pregnancy dont rest on bed frm 1st day of pregnancy..and plus CV did worst job potrating pregnancy ...complication with out any test. .BS...ok and nani ji she think herself to be best in all stuff from her age..she should atleast have told that in pregnancy woman should do some house work helps their body...this is so bed even nani thinks she needs rest..old people belives keeping ur self active is best practice in pregnancy...
