i read the full article. its so sad that even the actors think that their show that is light humour and very original is loosing its base because of the new introduction, kiya.

feel bad for all the actors... especially Ved.. his whole charatcter has been ruined by the creatives.

Even Toasty's... even in the littlest matter, she had to bud in and throw in her logic without listening to anyone even at the cost of being kicked out. now she just stands there quiet. that is not toasty's character.

today's episode (ending) did bring out some hope or at least brought back toasty to life.

lets see what happens... it is beyond repair but will see if it is tolerable

another positive point is MALTI'S MOM HAS LEFT!!!!!!

I think its them (show's creators/writers/whoever) just trying to become one of the other million overly dramatic serials that are out right now. But what writers need to realize is that perhaps what brought audiences to the show in the first place is that it was very different from all the other overly dramatic serials when it started.

What appealed to me was how different it was, and how light and humorous it used to be. Sure the way things were dealt with were nothing like real life, but it was a feel good and its characters were vibrant and lovable, making one goofy mistake after another.

And to be honest, I don't think the writers have an inkling of how to write such a drama. For the sake of adding more problems to the family, the are completely taking out logic and degrading characters to something that really does touch the nerve of audiences. The once characters that we loved are making choices that are questionable and frustrating, and to just sit back and let it happen...its no wonder Rishi is angry with how his character is portrayed. He is right, that is no way to treat other human beings, and for a character such as Ved and everything he once stood for, that is a HUGE thing.
