Update July 19 - Dr. Tushaar she is DP

The Episode starts off in the courtroom. LK comes there, he is in a funny mood. He then says that today the future of 2 people will be decided here. 1 will win and 1 will lose. Lets see who wins who loses.

Natasha tells the judge that this lady is not Bhoomika Goenka but Devika Parekh so case should be finished. Bhoomi's lawyer says he wants to call Dr. Tushaar as witness. Bhoomi's lawyer questions Dr. Tushaar on the accident. He asks Dr. Tushaar that among the 2 women in the accident 1 was saved, who was she. Dr. Tushaar points towards Bhoomi that she was saved.

Natasha questions Dr. Tushaar asking him the name of both, then asking him of the name who died and Dr. Tushaar says Bhoomika Goenka died, she then asks him who this lady is and he says Devika Parekh.

Bhoomi is called to witness box by Natasha. She says Bhoomika is alive and she is Bhoomika the one who died was Devika. Natasha asks her that she was with Bhoomika when the accident happened, she was with Arjun when the accident happened, in both cases / accidents she was saved, whereas the other person died.

Natasha tells the judge that Devika Parekh planned everything to get money from the Goenka's. She even married Arjun and she is the one who planned to kill Arjun when he found out the truth about her, she is putting her crime on Yuv's head.

Judge orders the police to investigate Arjun's and Bhoomi's death. Bhoomi's asks for her to be released on bail which the judge agrees.

Mansen and Yuv thank Natasha for the way she handled the case. Mansen then comes to Bhoomi and tells her that she lost Arjun's trust. Now Bhoomi is no more and Devika will also not remain. Mansen Gunvanti and Yuv leave the courtroom.

At HH Baisa tells Bhoomi not to worry as they all know she is Bhoomi. Bhoomi cries telling Baisa that how many times she has to prove she is Bhoomi and to top it all she is being accused of killing her own Arjun.

Yuv hugs Mansen and thanks him for saving his life. Yuv is happy that now Bhoomi will be punished for the crime he did. Gunvanti tells him not Bhoomi but Devika.

Mansen talks to Sid and Bade Dadaji that Dr. Tushaar in court said that this woman is Devika and not Bhoomika, she has used emotional tactics and convinced Baisa and Arjun that she is Bhoomi but she is not.

Baisa discusses the case with Sid and Shaku, Sid tells Baisa that maybe Natasha was right. How did Devika / Bhoomi survive both the accidents. Dr. Tushaar was Bhoomi's witness why did he not say that she is Bhoomi. Baisa tries to explain to Sid that maybe someone bought out Dr. Tushaar.

Bhoomi is in her room thinking about Arjun's murder blame being put on her, when Mansen comes in and asks her how she is doing Devika Parekh ji. Bhoomi tells him that Bhoomi tells him why did he stoop so low as to put Arjun's death blame on her. Mansen tells her that he can do anything to save his son, and everything is fair in love and war and she is the one who started this war. Mansen tells her he will destroy her life.

Precap:
Bhoomi's lawyer tells her that Mansen has filed an application in the court saying the she is Devika Parekh and should not get any part from the Goenka's property. She should prove her identity or leave HH.

oh my god! this mansen and party are pathetic!!!! they are monsters! insaan ki zandagi ki kadra toh hai hi nahi inko! how can they actually do this?????

thanks for the update zahra! actually my col has started and the timings are 9:30 to 4:30......so i can't watch saarrthi and i come back by quarter to 6......by then i'm so tired that i hardly have time for time....i have to then study.....isme ur updates are really good for me to keep the track of this show! thanks again 😊
