Shefali Ka Mooh Kala. Rahul makes fun of Shefali.
Bhoomi as Devika tells Arjun I LOVE YOU.

Shefali gets irritated sitting in the car, comes out and tells Rahul to move aside she will see whats wrong. Shefali tries to check out the engine, and screams, her face is all black. Rahul makes fun of her, he calls out to Arjun and tells him that Shefali ka mooh kala ho gaya. Bhoomi tells Arjun to go check on Shefali as she is to be his wife.
Arjun asks Bhoomi if she is going to meet Shetty, as he does not know anyone by that name. Bhoomi tells him that yes she is and its not necessary that he knows everyone. Arjun wonders why Devika is lying to him, and Bhoomi wonders why did Arjun ask about Shetty does he suspect anything.
Rahul tries to help Shefali clean and offers her a bottle of water, but before she can take it he drops it. Well Rahul makes a lot of fun about Shefali.
Mansen and Yuv at HH wonder why Devika is coming to Mumbai, does she suspect anything. Mansen tells Yuv that they will keep Devika here at HH, so that they can keep an eye on her and know what she is after.
In the car, Arjun plays Bhoomi's favorite cassette, Shefali does not like it and asks Arjun to change it, he does not, then Bhoomi tells him to change it and he does. Arjun is quiet and Bhoomi wonders what going on in his mind.
Arjun stops the car, Miss Irritation is again irritated by it, Arjun asks them to come out and tells them that this is the spot where his Bhavri's accident took place. Arjun feels sad. Bhoomi is also sad and a little worried.
Mechanic checks the car at Parekh House and informs HML that everything is fine. HML wonders why Rahul said that car would not start.
Arjun asks Devika to tell him what happened that day. Shefali is worried what if Bhoomi told Devika about her. Rahul tells Arjun not to ask Devika to remember the accident as it pains her, and suggests they leave. Arjun is sad but leaves.
HML and Savitri are worried about Devika, when a stockiest from Mumbai calls to speak with Devika. Savitri tells him that after speaking with him Devika has left for Mumbai. The stockiest tells Savitri that he did not call Devika before. Savitri asks him if he is Shetty and the guy says there is no stockiest by the name of Shetty. Savitri and HML are worried that something bad might befall Devika.
Rahul is almost certain that Arjun suspects them and sends an SMS to Bhoomi. Bhoomi wonders if Arjun has found out something, and he may lose trust and her plan may fail. She asks Arjun to stop the car as she wants to get something from the trunk.
Bhoomi gets out and calls out to Arjun to help her open the trunk. Arjun opens it for her. Bhoomi tells Arjun that she wants to tell him something.
Bhoomi tells him that there is not stockiest Shetty, I made up this lie as I wanted to go to Mumbai with you, be with you, spend time with you, because I am in love with you. Arjun is confused. Bhoomi holds his hand and assures Arjun she loves him.

Arjun keeps looking at Bhoomi from the rear view mirror and wonders what happened to Devika Parekh, Bhoomi keeps looking at him also thru the mirror.
