Shefali delivers a baby boy.
Missed a few minutes in the beginning.
Rahul tells Bhoomi that if something is the matter, she can talk to him as they are friends. He tells her that sometimes the people who you trust the most betray you, and Bhoomi thinks about Shefali and Arjun. He tells her that friends never betray, and she can confide in him. Bhoomi just cries. Rahul leaves and come downstairs.
The Parekh family discuss with Dr. Chawra what they can do for Devika as they all doubt that something is wrong. Savitri asks if it could be memory loss. Dr. tells them its possible and they can help by making Devika remember all the small things she is associated with. Duggu suggest about some act.
Goenka family is at the hospital, Drs. Are with Shefali. Baisa prays to keep Bhoomi's child safe. A doctor comes out and tells Arjun that the case is a little complicated, Gunvanti asks about Shefali, the doctor says that Shefali is fine but there may be danger to the baby's life. Arjun tells the doctor that he wants his baby.
Its night, Bhoomi comes downstairs and goes to the mandir and prays, there the doctors are with Shefali. A doctor comes out and tells Arjun that the operation was successful and both Shefali and baby are fine. Everyone is happy and congratulate each other.
Bhoomi prays to Krishanji, she tells him that you know everything, help me, give me strength to tell these people that I am Bhoomi and not who they are thinking me to be, give me strength to tell them. HML and Savitri see Bhoomi praying and think that Devika is starting to behave as usual, and they will soon get their Devika back.
Baisa is impatient to see the baby, doctor allow them to go in the room.
The baby is crying, everyone enters the room. Arjun picks up the baby, he is happy and tells Baisa that the baby's eyes and nose are just like Bhavris and stops, Baisa tells him that the baby resembles Bhavri. The baby just keeps on crying. Baisa asks Shefali why the baby is crying so much, Shefali tells her that the baby has been crying since it was born.
Bhoomi feels she can hear a baby's cry, and wonder why she is feeling such. Krishna Merey Krishna plays in the background.
