Yuv supports Shefali in her decision to become the surrogate mother of Arjun and Bhoomi. Everyone is happy except Mamaji and Mansen. Shefali tells Bade Dadaji that her husband has agreed, and now she need the approval of the family. Bhoomi tells Bade Dadaji that Yuv has agreed and they should also agree. Bade Dadaji agrees.
On one side Mamaji and Mansen are discussing the issue, especially Yuv agreeing and on the other side Sidharth and Baisa are discussing the issue.
Mamaji tells Mansen that it cant be possible that Yuv agreed as he had refused us, maybe Shefali made him agree.
Baisa tells Sid that Yuv agreeing could mean that there is a big storm ahead.
Mamaji wonders what did Shefali tell Yuv to make him change his mind.
Baisa tells Sid that Shefali supporting Arjun and Bhoomi could complicate things.
Sid tells her that maybe this is the way through which the 2 families can unite.
Mamaji wonders why Shefali wants to be the bridge between the 2 families.
Mansen tells him that now as Yuv has agreed they cannot do anything.
Mamaji thinks the Yuv has done wrong and wonders why did he do such a thing.
Shefali is in her room, very happy, on the swing, Bhoomi comes there. Bhoomi tells her that she will now be the Yashoda Maiya of her kid, Shefali tells her that from the very first day she had decided to be the surrogate mother, Bhoomi is surprised, Shefali senses it and then says that from the day Reshma left. She tells Bhoomi she has just fulfilled the duties of the Kangan she is wearing, she has thought about the well being of a bahu of this house, and thinks that bahu is me.
Bhoomi comes to her room, happy, looks at the palna, picks up Bal Gopal and the song Krishna Merey Krishna plays in the background. Vishaka comes there. Bhoomi tells her that though she cannot be a mother she will still become a mother. Vishaka tells Bhoomi that the whole house is thinking that how come Yuv agreed to Shefali being the surrogate mother when he hates you and Arjun, maybe things are not what they seem but there is something behind all this. Bhoomi tells Vishaka if she is ready to become her Bhabi, Vishaka feels shy and leaves.
Shefali is in her room happy, making plans and schemes, LK is there and tells her that her sins are mounting high. (Paap ki jhooli bhar rahi hai). Shefali says I am going to be a mother of Arjuns and Bhoomis Krishna then she re-phrases that she is going to the mother of Arjun's Krishna. LK says that a mothers position is high, but yours is very low. Shefali thinks that after giving birth to the heir she will take over Baisa's position. LK tells her that Kawwa nahin chal sakta haans ki chaal. Then she says she will not give the child to Bhoomi. LK tells her that you only keep thinking about yourself but have not thought about the kid at all. (could not understand all of LK's dialogs).
Bhoomi and Shefali pray in front of LK's murti, walk downstairs. Shefali thinks that now everyone will think highly of her, Bhoomi thinks that she is going to give and heir to family who will be hers and Arjuns. Shefali thinks that she will give an heir to this family. Shefali takes the ashirwad of all and goes to Mansen, hesitatingly he also gives his ashirwad, seeing this Arjun is happy. They leave for the hospital.
At the hospital, Dr. Sonawala's cabin, he tells them that all formalities have completed, now they need to sign the legal documents if they want to. Bade Dadaji says yes we should complete this formality as well, Baisa says no it will be an insult to Shefali, as she has done so much. The lawyer explains that its important the legal documents are signed as well. Shefali ends up signing the documents. Bhoomi hugs her. Arjun, Bhoomi and others also sign the documents.
Dr. starts the IVF operation on Shefali. Everyone waits in the corridor impatiently. Operation ends successfully. Shefali comes out on a wheelchair. Dr. Sonawala congratulates Arjun. Bhoomi is happy, she places Bal Gopal in Shefali's hands. Shefali thinks that now Bhoomika Rani you will have to do what I tell u to do.
