if shefali and arjun loves each other in the past how did shefali end up marrying yuv and arjun marrying bhoomi?

good question..and the answer is that..yuv and mansen sent arjun to usa then created misunderstanding between shefali and arjun, so shefali got ready to marry yuv. Bhumi always loved arjun, bhumi's father set up bhumi's marriage to some old guy and to save bhumi, arjun married bhumi.

The story is differnt now as arjun-bhumi love each other...shefali's not in pic but shefali wants to enter anyways 😆

let me just add that arjun not only married bhumi to save her self respect or to save her from marrying an aged person but also because it was his duty(farz) since her father had attempted to commit suicide and said that bhumi was not able to marry anyone he and her daughter would commit suicide and blamed arjun for all that happened in the temple.
