Shakuntala is not happy with Manasvi. Manasvi asks her to forgive her and that she is not the owner of the money, but accepted the same for the family's honour. She adds that she has never done anything against Shakuntala's wishes, but this time she has to excuse her.
Mama, Aksh, Yuvraj and Mansen are disussing about Manasvi. Mansen says they have to force her to do the finance.Shefali comes in and on seeing her, he stops his conversation. Shefali says that Mama was wrong this time and they have to play the game carefully. Mama decides to take revenge on Manasvi for insulting him in front of all the family members. Shefali thinks she will never let their plans succeed.
She then goes on to talk with Arjun, but he is not interested. She says its important and they go to the terrace. She informs him of the fake company created by Mansen and Arjun is all geared up. He is stopped by Shefali, saying that they have to be calm and not react immediately. She says she will ruin them by being with them. She is ready to finance him, but Arjun refuses. Shefali says that it is important for her to do this for both of them and she loves him.
Arjun refuses and says its wrong and that she is his friend and asks her to forget about her feelings.
Vasudev comes to Dadaji and Siddharth for inviting to Bhoomi's engagement. Keshav comes to Mansen and invites him. Arjun and Keshav discuss about the same and Bhoomi is sad.She complains to God and tells about her dream of spending her life with Arjun. By Lord Krishna's inspiration, she decides to talk with Arjun finally.
A man comes with to meet Satya, Manasvi, Arjun and Keshav.
He is interested in financing Arjun. Satya asks the reason for him taking such a risk and he replies that big business means the risk is also big and inturn big profits.
Manasvi asks when will Arjun get the finance (if Arjun say agrees).He says as soon as agreement is signed and asks them to think and leaves.
Manasvi thinks that something is fishy about that man.
They show the man giving a thumbs up sign to Shefali sitting in a car.
