Arjun is thinking about Manasvi's advice to him. The servant brings Tea and Arjun asks about Bhoomi. The servant says she is crying because the groom is coming to see her.
Arjun goes to pacify Bhoomi thinking that she is sad about leaving the house. He says that he will miss Bhoomi as she is her childhood friend.
Vajesan (the prospective groom for Bhoomi)(He looked like a Buddhu to me😆 )comes and sees Bhoomi and likes her. Arjun and Shakuntala praise about Bhoomi's Qualities. Bhoomi is asked her willingness and she says she will obey her elders(Ie agrees).The parents of the groom are eager to finish the betrothal and wedding soon.
Yuvraj and Shefali are in their room and she is asked about playing holi with Arjun by Yuvraj. Mansen and Kushal enter and the latter asks him about her strange behavior. She answers that she thought of forgiving Arjun and asks for Mansen and Kushal's view. He agrees with her for playing holi with her devar.
Mansen then goes and disucsses with Kushal that something is wrong with Shefali. Kushal doubts if she would have known about what they did. Mansen says they have to keep a watch on Shefali.
Keshav tells Bhoomi about her engagement and she tells that its only an agreement for her. They have an emotional talk.
Suraj Kiran and Mansen(With Yuvraj, Aksh and Mama) meet and discuss about Factory work. He says that Arjun's work is rapidly progressing as well, along with theirs.
Mansen asks Yuvraj to close the fake finance company he had started and spread the news that it has gone Bankrupt.
Yuraj thinks that now Arjun's factory will never be completed.
