Bhoomika meets Mansen to sign the documents he was earlier asking her to sign. She points out some small mistakes in the agreement copy. Bankim Ahuja's manager comes to the factory to inspect certain things. Lakhi reacts when Shishupal informs them that Vishakha has done all the work.
Shishupal misbehaves with her. Bhoomika confronts Shishupal. When Arjun comes to drop Bhoomika at the school, she tells him that she doesn't want him to come and pick her up everyday.
