Arjun enters Keshav's cabin and is surprised to see Bhoomi there. Bhoomi wants to talk but is held by Keshav. Arjun takes some sign on the papers from Keshav and goes away.
Shefali doesnt turn up for dinner and Mansen calls, but she cuts the phone. Yuvraj is reminded that he forgot abt his promise to take her to pub for celebrating 3 months of their marriage.Manasvi wonders why shefali cut Kakasaheb's call.
Arjun is having dinner and Bhoomi wants to talk to him. Shefali turns up and says that she wants to talk to him privately.
Shefali has a conversation with Arjun and she regrets about her decision and her loss of faith in Arjun and she cries,hugs and says sorry to him, while Manasvi is watching all this. Bhoomi also sees.
Arjun thinks over whatever Shefali said and is wondering that its too late. Manasvi turns up and asks Arjun about him and Shefali talking. She asks him about whatever she and he replies that Shefali has come to know the truth.
Yuvraj is pacifying Shefali that he forgot abt the appointment with her, they have a tiff and he goes to sleep on the sofa.
Manasvi says that Shefali and Yuvraj are now Husband_wife and Arjun need not interfere. Arjun says that it is difficult to stay with Yuvraj. Manasvi says that it is her punishment and the family members may not understand and take them wrongly. She adds it is better to put off this matter and not interfere in their matters.
In the morning Manasvi sees Yuvraj sleeping on the sofa and advices him about taking control of his married life/relationship sooner or it would be too late.
Bhoomi is in the kitchen thinking of Arjun and Shefali together and is wondering abt how to approach Arjun on the topic. Vasudev gets a courier for Arjun and Bhoomi offers to give it to him. But her dad says that ladkewale are coming to see her after holi. She nevetheless gives the letter to Arjun.
The letter is regarding rejection of loan from Goenka Ind, signed by Shefali
Shefali sees the letter (thrown by Arjun on the floor) and goes to Arjun(Who is mad). Shefali offers an explanation that she got to know only recently. Arjun says he knew the truth, but she never trusted him.
Shefali regrets and they both look at each other and Arjun moves away. Bhoomi is watching all this. Shefali cries and is thinking.
