Don't be confused, Pyar Ke Do Naam Ek Radha Ek Shyam is the name of Rajshri's forthcoming show!

The Rajshri's will come on air from April 3 with their forthcoming show, the traditional-sounding Pyar Ke Do Naam Ek Radha Ek Shyam.

"It's a story about reincarnation featuring Barksha Bisht and Indranil Sen Gupta. So obviously the soap has a long life-span," laughs Deepak Sehgal of Star Plus.

Kavita Barjartya (Sooraj Barjatya's cousin), who heads the TV cell of Rajshri Productions says, "Naturally, we want this soap to be a success. But the most important thing for us at Rajshri is to live up to the standards and traditions of our banner in both films and television. It pleases me no end when I'm told we've done a turn-around soap on Sahara One with Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki. Pyar Ke Don Naam …will target the youth and family audiences alike. With two dailies on our anvil, it's going to be a busy time for us. But we are not the ones to allow quality to suffer."

Interestingly, Kaushik Ghatak who directed the initial spell of Ekta Kapoor's Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi has been roped in to direct Pyar Ke Do Naam Ek Radha Ek Shyam.

Is this an attempt to provide a new soap experience removed from what Ekta Kapoor has been doing on the channel? "Not at all," protests Deepak Sehgal. "In fact, Pyar Ke Do Naam goes very much with the profile of the channel."

d serial has a huge title unlike saarrthi which is short n sweet aur jitna hi acha title hain utna hi acha serial bhi hain 😃 😉 .i think it wont cum anywhere close saarrthi kyun ki saarrthi ki baat hi kuch aur hain it simply rocks 👍🏼 .
