Both Anamika and Amir are good singers, and I don't think they should be compared....

The reason Amir is out is because he has not been performing well the last couple of weeks, he needs to be more serious if he wishes to pursue his dream.

Anamika, on the other hand, is very dedicated and hard working and it shows in her performances........

I personally like Aamir better, but all this bitterness and rivalry among contestants is unsettling (hope the kids don't feel this way about each other, each thinking they are better than the other).
As budding artists, they should be able to see good aspects in the singing of fellow contestants and learn from each other. I remember being in music competitions with Shankar Mahadevan in my college days and one particular time when I sang very well and won while he lost, he just walked up to me and told me how well I had sung that day even though we both knew that in general he was a more accomplished singer. The true spirit of competition is lost when this kind of petty bickering gets in. I guess that is reality TV for us.

Wow! hats off to your accomplishments. By the way, I think kids are very respectful and friendly among themselves. In LC hungama it always looks like as if they are all from the same family.

I can totally believe this family would do this, gosh! i wish they had fought this hard to make sure Amir went to school.

Even if you are the best u should learn to accept life and its terms, anyone who watches these shows knows that its 99% talent and hard work and 1 % luck. He should just be happy and move forward w/this experience. Am sure he will rise and be successfull as he grows older as long as he keeps a cool and happy attitude.

Totally agree, esp what u said abt they fighting this hard to send him to school. His biggest problem was his inability to read and depend on others to memorise the lyrics. Of late we can actually see he has lost focus, whereas every other kid was trying to do better he was seen fooling around. Anyway this is a reality show and they should learn to take it properly.

I have never watched Hungama, so that is nice to know.
As Jagjit Singh sings in his ghazal: Bachchon ke chote hathon ko chand sitare choone do, do char kitaben padhkar woh bhee hum jaise ho jayenge.

First of all, they are all kids still and should not be compared this way.Technically Anamika is better, but then again she has two advantages over Amir right now- she is a girl and therefore her tonal quality wont change much even in these years and she is learniing music (I think she is, not sure though).

See , Amir's biggest hindrance came in the form of his ownfamily.Their reaction and outburst was uncalled for and in very poor taste. The shock of missing out on the green bucks may have been a big factor, but such outbursts and that too based on assumptions, can only jeopardise Amir's future chances. He may have sung for Vishal Shekhar, but in the industry such acts are not taken lightly and Amir even though he is not at fault, he may be the one who may face the brunt of it.

I completely agree with you a 100%. This is all fixed so I won't be surprised when Anamika is crowned because I had the rug pulled out from under me when Aneek was crowned instead of Raja Hasan

I am extremely devastated about Aamir 😭😭😭 No matter how well he sang for the past few weeks the judges always found fault with him.

i can understand that amir's family is shocked after his elimination. but the way they behaved, its inexcusable. i think they should be proud of their kid as against hurling all those remarks about others.
