I haven't heard a lot of these (missed many episodes), but I did really enjoy his "Dupatta Tera Nau Rang Da" performance.

his madhuban main radhika nache re is awesome...can we get his vocal for it?? he sang it last night..and it was awesome..the best part is that it'shis favourite song..and apart from signing it superbly, it also kept him in the competition :)

Yes Tanmay has a unique and very endearing voice. Listening to him speak you will love him at once.
