upon quiting, come back or not?

when a contestant comes on the stage and says i am quiting. should they be forced to return? this is a contest and that should be taken seriously. if there are harsh feelings, fears, anxieties or conflicts they should be brought up and resolved backstage as privately as possible. i am surptized that the producers dont edit these parts. if the cotestants are talented and serious enough to participate they should take responsibility to respect the stage. that is what we felt at other times when in 2005 the three of the five finalists did that. dont get me wrong anamika i hav ebeen saying for a long time is the best singer. i was sure she will be the winner. now she might have lost votesunfortunately.
