By the way, those of you who are claiming "I lost respect for Anamika" and "She is a good actress" were never Anamika fans in the first place. This is just a disgusting ploy to hit below the belt when someone is down. The fact remains that it is mere stupidity if someone as talented like Anamkia would want to quit the show after getting the top votes.
Why then would she do something so stupid?
Because she is an emotional and senstive girl who loves her father very much! For the first time on the show, we saw someone use their hearts over their heads and for that we are tearing this little girl apart. So unfair! Everybody is complaining why she couldn't be diplomatic and fake, and smile continue. Well, because she cares too much about her father and perhaps at the end of the day, her father's health is more important than simply winning this show. Can we hate her for that?
If people hate her for loving her father and stop giving her votes, then that would be the most shameful thing to do. Not to forget, this is a singing contest and she has never let her viewers down in terms of her singing quality. She is undoubtedly the best female singer on the show.
You guys have no idea what kind of emotional stress and sacrifice these parents give for their kids. We have no right to judge them if under pressure these kids who realize day and day out how much their parents are sacrificing for them, all of sudden break down emotionally.
Let's not forget she is only 12 years old, even though she has a mature voice, we cannot judge her like an adult. She is still a child and if she was afraid of losing her father, we should not be bashing and criticizing her.
If she wanted to do draamabaazi to get more votes, then she would do something along the lines of gaining sympathy. Clearly leaving the show for her father's sake is not going to win her any votes, as one can clearly see she just got criticism from her detractors. So, it is clear that it was an emotional and impulsive move, and I am glad to see that children on the show are at least given a chance to speak their minds.
I HAVE GAINED MORE RESPECT FOR A GIRL WHO IS WILLING TO GIVE UP HER DREAM OF BECOMING THE SAREGAMAPA CHAMPION JUST SO THAT HER FATHER DOES NOT SUFFER ANY PAIN!
I think all fathers should be proud to have loving daughters like Anamika and Smita. 👏 👏👏
My sincere condolensces for Smita's father. I hope he has a speedy recovery. Smita was a deserving singer, she should not have been voted out. 😭
