The voting system in not fair as it is based on one performance. " the good is often interred with the bones...." Even in USA PGA Golfing events they have a cumulative point system which is very fair. But I guess in this case they copy the "Americal Idol Model" which has proven to be a successful formula in raising TRPs.

u r right summer, zee just bothered how 2 increase the TRP, if they bothered abt kid's future or 2 hunt a true telent, then they could've select aother kind of format.

I think the only point that makes sense in this array of posts is the fact that they are all kids, so there is no need to critique any of them so harshly. Vasundara and Tanmay both started crying prior to knowing whether they were in the "danger zone" and of fear that it could be their turn in the bottom 3. This group of kids seems very close so I'm sure that every week when they lose one of their friends it is hard for them, but at the same time they are old enough to realize it is a competition and do not want to lose either.

The fact still remains that some kids (and adults too) are just more emotional in general. We're viewing a singing competition, and only singing should matter, so I'm not sure why all these things that should be in the periphery (e.g. kids crying) are affecting why one likes one contestant over another.

To say that "But Tanmay looked cute" when he was crying, and to direct harsh words at Vasundhara is not right. They are all cute this year.
