Age of kid, any disabilitlies, tantrums, nakhras, past performances, family background should NOT matter. And, "you are older, so expectation is higher" does not make sense!
And, kid should not be asked if A is enough or not!

Small jokes, chatter, bantering is fine, but when it comes to judging, they should be a little more formal/serious.

I will always wonder what would be the outcome of the auditions and what would be the elimination order if the judges and public could only LISTEN to the songs, and had no idea of kid's age, appearance, which state of India, rich/poor, blind, not blind.

very well said farhana...i am sure it would hv been much more fair and based purely on music...

Now judging is by Public Voting and it all becomes political and not based on talent in most cases; my poor Rohit has been executed.😕

Judgement by Judges is always fairer no matter how bad they may seem at times.

I think why Vasundhara is more sensitive than other kids is also related to her blindness..bcuz people always wud hv been soft in their behaviour towards her..so she wud have grown up in a different way than normal kids..especially a blind child singing well wud have never gave her the opportunity of being exposed to negative comments..that is the only reason I feel, her tears are so spontaneous..
and come on IF members who say she is a dramebaaz, I don't think anyones' tears can be so spontaneous and fake at the same time, and that too at such a young age..

I agree with everyone who thinks that vasundra is not a good singer and her voice sounds funny..., she doesn't know how to take criticism and is always looking for sympathy from the judges and audience... which she's been getting so far.. everytime she messes up and a judge begins to criticize her, she starts crying and then not only that particular judge gives her an A but also the other judge gives her an A to cheer her up... it's not fair when singers like Rohit, samita, Amir and other good singers are getting harsher judgements and she's beeing babied around...

people are only supporting her for not being able to see... so it should have been a talent show for the blind kids only then.... she's too annoying and no one else should b eliminated before she's eliminated cuz everyone else is much much better than her...

it's so damn obvious but people wanna close their eyes and feel bad for vasundra for not being able to see... think about the other kids who are truely talented and more deserving...

You are entitled to your views and of course there are many like you. But to many she is damn good. Remember what Sonu said about her - Vasundhara ki galein mein itni jyada taiari hai ke sometimes she can't control, it's overflowing. She is damn good for her age kids. Please listen to "tera mujhse hai pehle se" by both Vasundhara and Vibhor, and then decide. Vasundhara ki har ek sur pakki hain.

OK, here is my two cents now:

1. First and formost I think we should all applaud all the kids for having the talent and the guts to come up on stage to perform and stay this far. It may seem easy sitting on this side of the TV to give long bhashans, but if it was really as simple, then all of us would have been in the contest singing it out , isn't it ?

2. They are all kids and they are all learning, they still have their innocence intact and still it is their parents who hold their hand and guide them in life to go somewhere and become something. We do the same thing too, but they have gone one step ahead of all of us...LETS APPRECIATE THAT. Let's encourage them to build their confidence, let's critic only their singing, so that they do better. Thats's the only thing that is our responsibility.

3.They have the right to be silly for they are still kids, but attacking them ruthlessly, we are not proving that we are matured adults either.

4. Now coming to Vasundhara. She cries when she is upset. We do too. The other kids can see everything around them, read the faces, understand the body languages. For Vasundhara, she can only feel what is being said for she can't see it to realise that.So it is expected that she can be a little more sensitive than others.I have seen Tanmay look at his mother for signal/approval on how he did, and through her eyes the mother tells him.Tanmay can see it, so he is secure. Vasundhara can't see that look of approval , so she needs to be told.

5.Dont attack her handicap, but appreciate the fact that despite that she is trying to rise above that to become normal, make a name for her. Don't look at her with sympathy or malice but appreciate this fact. She needs encouragement and confidence boost, just like any other kids do.critic her singing, you all are most welcome to do so, but do it with intelligent reasoning not prejudice or bias.

7.Now coming to her singing : Some may find her voice unsuitable , some find it soothing. Its personal choice. It is also a fact that through her "hari Naam" or "tera mujhse hain pehle ka naata, she has touched too many hearts and that performance will always be rememebred as one of the most touching performance of this series. She has had her bad days too, but then again if she was the worst or not, that is debatable. So far she has not given one performance bad enough to chuck her out.

6Just put yourselves in situations that don't favor you and imagine your reactions and people taunting you on your misery ,how would you feel? How many of us can we really accept such verdicts without flinching? I am sure most of us can't take it, then how can we expect such little kids to do so?

8.I have only one request.Lets appreciate the efforts of all the kids on the stage and comment on JUST their singing. Just imagine if any of the kids sign in to these forums and read all these non muscial harsh comments, will they feel happy or would it damage their confidence? As grown ups is this what we can give them? tell the musical flaws, so that they can correct it.As far as personality goes, let their parents take care of it.They should know best.

Well said Adi.

All these are very young kids and we should not be harsh with them, given that there is a bit of acting or drama occassionally it is all acceptable and enjoyable.

Kids face a lot of tension from parents, judges and audience etc. apart from "exam fever" and it also requires a lot of guts and patience to hang in there week after week. Many wud shy away or never take up the time and trouble.
