Format needs to be changed now

In coming weeks when 3 singers get direct entry to the next round on Friday, few singers will be left for saturday to sing. This will get fewer in every week.

So for the purpose of the entertainment all participants should sing everyday. Or they should come up with other better alternatives.

where is our beloved sms voting? This is quite interesting. So many weeks gone and they are still not keen on making money?? Well that's not like a reality show....

I don't want sms drama in this kid's show anyway but it's there isn't it? Actually it's a pity to see a kid getting eliminated whether by sms or by judges.

I have a feeling Vaishali would have survived if it was sms system. She was popular

Vaishali was very popular. Loria could have been eliminated as soon as SMS starts.

When the top 3 format is going to stop? Did you get this info any particular source?

Decisions by judges will always be generally better than public voting. But in public voting the TRPs will shoot up as everyone takes an interest to it. So the question is what do the promoters want, not so much as what the viewers want. Whenever there is a controversy, people get more agitated and curious, so TRPs improve.

Many of those top three will suffer in future rounds as they fail to become familiar with certain viewers who might have missed certain episodes. Also they get less opportunity to perform in front of the guests and the ones who are in the middle get more exposure and gain more performance fitness eventually.

If we look at last season too, Sanchita was not among the top scorer and never had to skip any performance and she turned out to be the most consistent and the eventual winner.

You are right on judges decision vs public voting.

But my discussion on this thread was different. Every Friday 3 participants reaches next round and they do not sing on Saturday. How long this will continue? The number of singers for Saturday episode is shrinking.

I would have liked it if it was like SRGMP challenge 2007. All singers sing on Friday as well as Saturday. Based on both day's cummulative points the lowest gets eliminated.

Good point. Now Anamika is doing this. She is singing in every episode. Never got top ranks.
