Hide all the installation manuals, translations books, the nuclear facilities, defence codes, and our thinking brains. The rest would be so redundant without back up manuals that they would come and return them in no time.😆

I doubt the difference would be much. Irrespective of where we were, my parents upbringing wouldn't have changed and whatever I am as a person today , it is they who moulded it. Even though we were not physically living in India, we never lost touch with the roots, the traditions or the culture of India. For all you know I may be more Indian than many living in India. The person Adi who enjoys ice hockey, skiing or running to the mountains now may have found some other activities to indulge in. May be he would have known Kannada a lot better. The rest I guess would have been the same.

It depends. I have seen people who have forgiven, but if they have really forgotten or not, I don't know.

As for me, I mostly give a person the benefit of doubt once I have cooled down. Somewhere in my mind I keep the cause of the incident saved so that in future I can be more careful in tackling a similar situation should it arise, but I doubt that.I don't like holding grudge against the person and as soon as I cool down, I try to be normal with the person.

Some incidents unwittingly leave a permanent scar .I may have forgiven and forgotten, but subconsciously still don't or won't have the guts to go through the same situation again emotionally …..but with that person who caused it I will act most normal…

Have you bunked (as in without falling sick or something similar) work lately? Why was that?

Yes last Thursday…it was more of a majboori to please HR (human resources) as they were complaining too much about our section working all odd hours without a break while our vacations were accumulating. Since we got a surprise relief from site that day, boss told us to not go anywhere near office and enjoy the day…. So we bunked…

If there was just one season throughout the year, what would you prefer it to be and why?

Aa, I think I would get bored… I like all the seasons and having just one season is boring… but if I really had to choose then I would choose spring I guess
