a little hard on the kids

I thought they were a little hard on the kids in todays epi-friday.....maybe cuz it was ashaji's songs epi and they expected better.......

well since the competition is getting stricter, the judges have to fasten their seat belts too. If they don't tell everyone's shortcomings, how are they gonna get the top 3 contenders... 😊

absolutely😊......I think they were reasonable in wht they said.The performance this week was certainly not as good as last week or the week before.Maybe these were old songs and the kinds hadn't heard them much.Either ways,the judges need to call a spade a spade,otherwise the kids won't improve which might lead to good kids getting eliminated sooner than they deserve😊

I agree with both of you, but can we attribute the reason for the not so good performances this week due to the lack of preparation on part of the kids? We all know that the poor kids were made to practice Karishma & Kareena film songs this week, but these ladies gave cold shoulder to the show at the last moment leaving the organizers & the kids in the lurch. So they had Asha ji as guest this week prompting the director to make the kids sing difficult Asha songs with little time for practice.

I was surprised & hurt that Suresh Wadkar ji blamed some kids on their less preparation. Are the judges kept in the dark about the behind the scenes happenings of the show?

If this really happened(I was still thinking that maybe the kareena-karsihmathing related to another episode,maybe next week,.coz i was wondering how they got Ashaji in a few hrs notice).....then I totally agree that Sureshji shld not have blamed the kids at all, and certainly not on grounds of poor preparation.

And if this is wht happened,kudos to the kids for an exemplary performace...As Sonu said,Ashaji ke gaanon ko kabhi nahin choona...... singing Ashaji's songs even after 1/2 a month's preparation is difficlt.....She gives such bareek harkats,difficlt murkis and such a feeling to her songs,that simply no one,I have ever heard,has matched her......And singing these songs in a few hrs notice 😕,no way,not even professionals can do it........and these are just kids who have probably heard these songs just a couple of times before...If they learnt these songs in a few hrs/ in a day,hats off to each and every one of them.😊

Absolutely we have to appreciate these kids for choosing Asha tai 's songs & doing a fair job at such a short notice.

This article says that all the preparations were for this week's episodes & it clearly mentions that it affected their performances & that even Sonu was miffed by the turn of events.
