Hmmm weird that i decided to break my silence after the show but never the less i would like to say that i have been visiting this site for a while now...and i must say that why bring in such issues like Indo-Pak...? it is not good.

either way not going to disclose where i am from originally but i will say some things that i hope will help some people: it doesn't matter where a person belongs to but it is their talent that we should look for. be it in sports, acting, or singing.
I am neutral on this subject. at times i like some Pakistan singers or songs or players and at times i like some Indian players, songs, singers, etc. for me it is all about Talent and people need to get that.

Here's what i think happened in Zee. The votes were all planned or cheated some how. because i clearly thought that Raja will win. In my opinion i wasn't surprised that Amanat didn't win because it is the fact since he is from Pakistan and since he is in India i didn't expect that. of course any patriot will vote for their country no doubt. but yes when it comes to discovering talent then u should look beyond that. In my opinion amanat, Raja, Poonam are already the ready singers, meaning that they are prepared and if they are offered a contract in any place then they will surely get it. for the prepared singers even Mauli is one to some extent. But yes i was shocked first but then i realized that Aneek, even mastering the Surs, is still young and Zee T.V is actually known for its drama ishtyle 😆 so they wanted to show the crowd what the Zee tv wanted. i mean i think that they figured out that people were expecting Raja since he has a huge fan following him and like lil champs SRGMP the winner was announced prior to the finale, they decided to take a different turn this time around. so they played it, which is not bad because Aneek is a good singer but i have a feeling that since a lot of music industry wanted to sign amanat and raja(remember the offers they got in the last show) so Aneek's win is good for all, Aneek will work even harder and since his voice is still not developed to be as a playback singer yet, not saying he is bad he is actually really good but not just ready yet like poonam or raja or amanat. and Raja and amanat got offers and they accepted so yea Zee needed someone for a year with them and i'm thinking Aneek is aware too and so are other contestants.
for me Poonam should have gotten a chance. and btw i don't like how the janta votes because they are horrible at decision making at times(take Indian Idol for example or even Zee because both of them seems to hate women in a sense that they don't want to bring them to top.) i haven't seen not one woman(not GIRL, note, not GIRL) on the top so far as in the winner in any show. so that is not fair so i think that Janta is not good in making decisions or rather they vote for their favs. or their likings but not for talent, so that is where the judges come in because they tell u who the real winners at all times.

Now the question of Indian-Pak thing...well im not going to start an issue on this but i would like to point out some things to most of the Pakistani haters here or even Indian hater here: Indian cricket team is far better in batting than Pakistani team and i have seen that but Pakistani bowlers are better than Indian bowlers. but both countries fielders are just plain interesting. but yes both teams are unpredictable and Pakistan beat India in that category.
A lot of Pakistani singers DON'T need India to promote their music because if u see them outside their country they are more popular than they are in their country. so no Pakistani singers need that. And if they were not good then India wouldn't have come to them with songs and contracts. I can name plenty: Mehdi Hasan(he was asked to shift in India but he refused), Nadia (the "aap jesa koi meri zindagi main aaye" singer), Nusarat Fateh Ali Khan ( the best sufiana singer in the whole wide world, so WWW famous), Atif Aslam (has a great voice but no surs but still famous for his music, never needed India for that), Ali Zafar (multi-talented singer, famous internationally before India), Adnan Sami (he was the famous singer in Pakistan but after leaving to India he was hated there a lot, but see India gave him something that Pakistan couldn't), Shehzad Roy, Junoon band, Jal band, Fakhir, and many more who were asked to sing in India and were known because of their musics all around before they were known in India so yes Indian Janta is not really needed by Pakistani singers. Also to them, they will always welcome fans and the greater the number the better for them. Just to remind another thing Pop music has always been Pakistan's genere music but lately Indian singer have started that as a trend too, meaning forming bands and using them in movies a lot lately, as i have noticed. so no need for Pakistani people to use India to actually become famous but it is always a nice feeling to have fans never the less. the same can be said for Indian singers or people.

so please i have a request to all that this issue is just stupid to bring out because it ruins you and other people along with it.
and let me tell you my best friend is the opposite to me, meaning that she belongs to my neighboring country(be is india or pak) and we have never brought this issue out and we are so close that we are considered sisters (also we belong to different religions. so plz don't fight but instead be friends.

Last but not the least: Congrats to Aneek and Congrats to Raja and Amanat for giving us such a wonderful show and lately a truly tough competition with real talents unlike some other shows i have seen.
Wish them all the Best, they are all winners in their own ways! Raja for his great voice, Amanat for being versatile, and Aneek for a great person and a great Sur managing person(sorry i saw aneek and raja almost as a copy of other famous singers in their voices but Amanat's was new voice i heard). for me all of them are good but my fav. was Poonam.

that was my opinion entirely.
thank you
rooj

I am an Indian and I was rooting for Amanat and there are many like me. I even voted for the first time ever for Amanat when he was trishanku. Online voting, whether it is counted or not is another matter.

By your logic I am not a patriot and all those Indians who voted and made Amanat 2nd runner-up.

My making such threads the poster is unnecessary providing platform for more hatred.

I am Indian and I am very disappointed that Amanat didn't win I don't care about religion or nationality. I care about the talent..talent and merit is number one.

Poonam was my first choice. I am very dissappointed that no girl made to the finals. This is a very sad commentary on the state of affairs in India re. women and girl. Imagine a music industry without any female singers.

ok you are taking my words wrong...i didn't say that u wouldn't but that logic is true mostly. i mean amanat was on the botom in the Indian voting so yes any country's loyalty lies within their own country unless it is international then thats where u decide who to vote and who not to. so international votings don't count in that sense. but if ur living in a country then that logic is true for most people and im not saying that it is a bad thing because it is not in fact a very good thing so that one is not an issue. u are taking me a wrong way. I live in America but i don't belong there so for me i am a loyalist to my country so for me my country comes first then some other thing. so what im saying is that maybe for Indian people (most of them) their country and their people came first and then Amanat. so have you ever tried thinking in that view? because that logic is true no matter what and i have learned that from here in America because i have seen a lot of people here who are like that(that is a majority).
so plz u are taking my words wrongly.

Imagine a music industry without any female singers. even i am sad for that because they have a great talent and at times most of the time girls come out far better than boys or rather women come out far better than men at times. but sadly since a lot of Pakistani or Indians have old soch so that's where u loose it all😭

Roojiji, good thoughts and respect your thoughts. From your post looks like you are from Pakistan. Every country has something to offer, little or big. Bollywood welcomes talent. The truth is, accept it or not, no south-asian(in general) can deny the dominance and popularity of Bollywood prevailing through years.

i fully agree...even Hollywood is not that powerful as for the Lollywood don't even get me started...one word: UGH!
but Paki dramas or rather old ones: are far better than the Indians because a lot of them have real stories and not one story repeat itself....i watch indians too but i have hand-picked them and one of them is Virrudh...so yes and most indians agree on this comment i hope or rather the people i have talked to and the ones who like good things no matter what.
