Is it a Fan contest or a Music Contest

After reading comments of people appreciating their favourites and talking poorly about other singers I feel this contest is less about music and more about fans. A true lover of music will never use abusive language while defending his favourite. I thought most of us were here to enjoy music and appreciate the immense talent that we have in our countries. Sadly I find that missing. I don't think that music lovers do that, please guys don't treat this as cricket match or a border dispute---it is just pure music.

The problem occurs when some people label a certain sect of fans as "true music lovers" and the rest as "fake".

It IS music after all; it is bound to be subjective and bound to affect different people differently.

Human nature is such that it is usually intolerant of different people and different opinions. It takes a great deal of work to appreciate differences.
