I started watching from the famous "Mujhe Roti Chahiye episode" which i think made more headlines than any other disaster in India.


how much you got attached to the show?

More than the show i'am really attached to each & every contestants in some way or the other be it those who could not make it to the finals Shreshta, Sunil kumar, Wasi, Sikander, and those whose fell apart in the finals Rimi, Nirupama Abhijeet, Apurva, Joy, Junaid , Mussarat, Mauli, Sumedha, Poonam, Harpreet and of course our three musketeers Raja, Aneek & Amanat.


who all were the favorites and who is the favorite among the finalists?

My favourites were constantly varying with each episode & even though Aneek is my favourite i would be equally happy if Raja or Amanat win.
I think Apurva or Abhijeet or even Anita bhat from the initial rounds could have made their presence felt if they had lasted long enough.

What are the moments you personally enjoyed and felt sad?

No personally sad moments, but lot of enjoyable & extremely funny events.

how much you got attached to the show? The line above says it all.
who all were the favorites and who is the favorite among the finalists. Too many to mention and some got out really early but some names from beginning to end would be... Sikandar, Reecha, Poonam, Amanat, Raja, Harpreet, Aneek and in phases (Mussarrat)... Sikandar's exit hurt me most.... My favorite if my siggy has not already described ...is ANEEK.
What are the moments you personally enjoyed and felt sad...The deshbhakti songs, Ya Ali rendition by Aneek, Most of Aneek's and Poonam's songs and too many other songs to list here. I have recorded all the episodes on my DVR.😃
Some performances which you enjoyed and which you will remember for ages to come..Ya Ali by Aneek, Qawwali song by Poonam....top the list😃
and ofcourse How was the experience discussing in this forum 😊Hot, spicy and Lively😃

These four days lets remember the past 6 months and rejoice ourselves 😊...No doubt...Looking forward to next round already...In the meantime the DVR will keep me entertained and nostalgic😛

- when you started watching? i actually started watching it really late when the top 10 contestants were already chosen.

- how much you got attached to the show? i'm still very attached to this show. even though i started watching it so late, i feel like this show is part of my life now.😛

- who all were the favorites and who is the favorite among the finalists? my favourites are sumedha, aneek & amanat. i like sumi the most though.😃 aneek & amanat come in 2nd place for me. i can't choose only 1 favourite finalist cos i love both aneek & amanat equally so i'm rooting for AA all the way.😛

- What are the moments you personally enjoyed and felt sad?

moments i enjoyed & laughed till i cried :

- the episode where all the contestants have to sing the songs of their fav actors. amanat sings the song from KKHH & himesh started his drama all over again about how aneek's brother won the audiences heart & the girl during aneek's absence & asks the audience to support aneek.😆😆😆 saying how "too cute" aneek was..😆😆😆

- after that nonsense, amanat smiled at himesh knowingly & rested his hand atop of sumedha's head for a moment or two. himesh looked at him for a second & then said "okay..let's go" & walked away without another word.🤣🤣🤣

- the part where aneek proposes to diya mirza. lols! that was so damn funny!🤣🤣

- the part where akshay kumar almost made a pass at sumedha during her gela gela gela performace.😉🤣🤣

- the AV of amanat & aneek shown during the fav actors's songs day. the part where aneek & amanat imitate SRK & saif, the kal ho na ho deathbed scene.🤣🤣 omg.. that was so freaking hilarious!🤣

aneek tells amanat that he is dying & asks him to make him a promise. amanat says before that i want to make me a promise. aneek asks him what it is. amanat says "promise me that you'll die before the finals so i can get the victory & also 'woh' the mystery girl".🤣🤣🤣

aneek then gets up & scolds amanat saying that he was putting up a drama so amanat will get emotional & get out of aneek's way.🤣🤣 then they hurl insults at each other & get into a fistfight while sumedha & poonam look on & laugh. that was soo damn funny!🤣🤣🤣

- bappida's comment at sumedha's "aaye meherebaan' performance. "slow & steady the winning"..🤣🤣🤣

- sajid khan's sher for amanat. "the son is young.. the son is young.. but the father is major".. oh my god.. he totally cracked me up!🤣

- aneek's dancing. do i need to say anymore?🤣🤣🤣

- himesh's raving about tusshar kapoor, kunal khemu & rajpal yadav.🤣🤣 "nine out of ten hits?".. lord.. that was too funny!🤣🤣

- the part where ismail imitated the female fan who called him up to ask for shekhar's number.

- adi singing "aao saiyo" in his kiddy voice.🤣🤣

- himesh pulling adi out of the kareena's & aneek's way.😆😆

- salman taking off aneek's shirt & asking him to perform. aneek who was so obviously embarrased still performed & after that sallu asked aneek to put on his shirt before he caught pneumonia.🤣

- aneek & amanat singing 'hum dona hain alag alag' during the akshay kumar special. sumedha comes between them & they make all kinds of hand actions to try to 'impress' her.🤣🤣 they pull her towards them but sumi brushes them off & walks away. hehe.. that was funny!🤣🤣🤣 aneek, amanat & sumi in one frame never fail to make me smile. they are such a cute & funny trio.🤣🤣

amanat - parda hai parda, mitwa, tu cheez badi hai mast mast, tum dil dhakhan ho & eh ajanabee.👏👏

aneek - tumse mil ke dil ka, jaane ja, tu hi tu satrangi, rang dalo, mast kalander & in dino.👏👏

abhijeet - neelee neelee ambar & chanda ve.👏👏

mauli - maiya maiya, mast & no entry.👏👏

mussarat - afreen afreen.👏👏

What are the moments you personally enjoyed and felt sad Poonam's elimination was really sad.. Something which hurt me the most was Sumedha-Aneek and Amanat drama.. There have been many moments I have enjoyed.. Esp Aneek's innocence and ofcourse Shekhar 😳
Some performances which you enjoyed and which you will remember for ages to come Poonam's vande mataram, kuhu kuhu, Amanat's classical and ghazal song.. Aneek's jaane kyaa chahe mann and main agar kahoon.. Raja's performance in the beginning..
and ofcourse How was the experience discussing in this forum 😊 Well, there were few threads which I really enjoyed.. One is Raja's performance thread where we discussed only the technical aspects and few other threads where only music was discussed!!

when you started watching? Since the beginning of the show where I was a little skeptical as I did not enjoy any of the performances.

how much you got attached to the show? Even though HR acted like a fool, I feel attached to a few contestants. Otherwise, I am not that attached to the show and I don't think I will miss it much once it ends.

who all were the favorites and who is the favorite among the finalists? My favorite was undoubtedly Poonam. She has been the most consistent and always gave brilliant performances aside from being a good human. Of the finalists, Amanat rules on my list. Again, he is technically perfect in all aspects including feel and beyond this competition as many maestros have mentioned. I get goosebumps each time I listen to these two.

What are the moments you personally enjoyed and felt sad? I was sad when Poonam left. Everyone cried in that episode and it was truly heartbreaking to see her leave. Also, Amanat's Tujhse Naraz gave everyone goosebumps and everyone was choked up.

Some performances which you enjoyed and which you will remember for ages to come? The first one that comes to my mind is Poonam's Vande Mataram. She was absolutely brilliant and I shall remember it for a long time. All of her performances I have enjoyed and will remember it in the time to come. Amanat's Yeh Honsla wsa very good too. Raja's Meri Zindagi Ek Pyaas was awesome. One more that I would like to add is Shreshtha's Dama Dum Mast Kalandar. I feel she could have gone a long way and given many wonderful performances if she was not unfairly eliminated.

and ofcourse How was the experience discussing in this forum 😊 Have not really been very active on this forum but I have enjoyed reading all the comments. Gave me a different viewpoint to whichever issue it might have been.
