Tujhse naaraz nahin song...

Though I understand and speak Hindi very well, Im not sure what the lyrics of this song really mean and in what context this song is sung in the movie (I havent watched the movie either). So if anyone can explain atleast the mukhda, that'd be great!

This song is from the movie Masoom, which was directed by one of the best directors Shekhar kapur. This song was very apt for the situation in the movie. The hero Nassiruddin Shah(who is married in the story) gets too close to someone he meets in his class reunion party, that she concieves and gives birth to a Boy.. when that boy turns 5-6 yrs his Mom dies and the his dad comes to know about him and his responsibility.. he is not able to explain to him his relationship with him and that innocent boy keeps asking him questions which he is not able to answer..like where is my Mom? Do u know my dad? etc etc..so this song plays in the background when he prepares to take him to his family with wife and 2 daughters.

This song is basically dad asking his self..'It goes ""Tujhse Naaraaz nahin zindagi hairaan hoon main" ---I'm amazed that life is not rude to u (considering what we have done), " Tere Masoom sawaalon se pareshaan hoon main---I'm tense to hear your innocent queries.

Jeene ke liye socha hi nahin dard sambhalne honge ( To live i never expected to hold sadness within) Muskurayen to muskuraane ke karz utaarne honge (while u were ever happy u never expect to be under debt of happiness and will have to be paid by equal sadness). Mukuraaoon kabhie to lagta hai jaisa hothon pe karz rakha hai.. Now when I smile i feel the debt of hapiness(one time) on my lips..and I want to cry but even the tears don't roll down

Movie is a classic..Urmila Matondkar and Jugal hansraj were child artists.. is a must watch..if u can get it from somewhere WATCH IT

This is one of my favorite movies and one of my favorite songs..after reading the question i really felt that people need to know about this movie and the song..if they don't know ...just an effort to get appreciation going for the deserving thing

THANKS for the meaning, but amant just made me cry with this song, it literally moved everyone, in the begging everyone was dancing and clapping and singing, but in the end when amant sang this song, everyione was so quiet and listened so intently and cried. well done amanat you are trully magnificant. 👏
