I mean he judged Indian Idol season 1 and 2, his comments about the contestants were highly accurate ones. He criticized every contestant in a constructive manner without trashing someone's personal life.

I think he knows what he is doing; based on that I think the whole controversy started from Himesh's end. We all know how Himesh gets hypered and stuff and never listens to anyone. He also claimed Sonu copied his look [beard]..

What is wrong with himesh?? He is competing with the man who is the "baadsah of singing" and Shahrukh of Music Industry.

Sonu is so awesome and such a sweetheart; he always refrains from creating a "pubic issue";

HR has also said that Sonu is the best male singer.But that is just for public consumption.In the herat of his heart HR believes that he himself is the best.
On Koffee with Kran show he told Karan that he had offered to sing Kabhi Alvida Na Kahna song.KJ just nodded and HR broke into his own version of the song.Perhaps he was giving a test to KJ for future assignment.Poor result so far HR's singing of that song went.
Sonu may have an ego,but his superb talent justifies it if he has an ego.

I noticed that too; himesh was definitely trying to prove that he would have done a better job of Kank's title track than sonu nigam.
How weird is that??

Himesh's prob with Sonu stems from jealously...hr thinks he on par with Sonu when it comes to singing!! 😆 😆 I believe Sonu also commented...when asked about himesh...that he's a nasal singer...ever since then himesh has been gunning for Sonu!!

May not be in singing but in success he is leaps and bounds ahead of Sonu. HR is a musical phenomena... Sonu is just another singer we are accustomed to after udit narayan...😊

And sonu has no ego!!!! check out the drama he made during incredibles show... in the US...😊

HR ahead of SONU! whoa that cracks me up..😆

Even in success, Sonu Nigam has created a history of being such a versatile singer at that early an age; Udit ji is great but Sonu has sung all sorts of music from classical to rock/disco songs.. How many great singers can give that many hits in their early thirties???

HR is definitely not more talented at any angle than Sonu..
