Hello friends,

In the past few days we have discussed in great detail, as to what we like about our favorite contesttant and dislike about the other gharana contestants...

Now in this thread we will only talk about the strengths of all three contestants... i.e. Aneek,Amanat and Raja...

No negative comments.Stick to only positive comments.

Pick up 2 strengths of each contestant and post them here.

Strength - good control of voice and very consistent. probably the most versatile among the 3.

Amanat

Strength - Highly classically trained. unique soothing tone

Raja

Strength - great voice quality and tone. Is amazing in his genre of singing.

Aneek - he is a pro at singing typical filmy songs of the softer/sweeter variety and is pretty close to being ready for playback when it comes to these types of songs. has been fairly consistent except for a few performances.

Poonam - strongest vocals, her enunciation is crystal clear and precise, folksy gritty "heart of India" sound

Amanat - soul-stirring sound, his voice quality bridges the gap between soft/sweet and soulful/deep, most versatile and consistent of the remaining contestants

Raja - has the most distinctive and original sound, when he is in his element his voice is simply divine and no one else on the show can touch that.

When you say gender, does this mean gender as in male/female? Or do you mean genre?

Amanat- highly classically trained voice which touches your heart,excellent voice quality.

Aneek-very energetic singing...classically trained, can pull off both high and low notes eficiently.

Raja-Excellent stage presence..very good performer.Excells in Sufi singing, classically trained.

Assets of Each Contestant

Poonam- Powerful Projection of Voice

Raja- He can sing certain genres better than any other contestant on the show

Amanat- Strong Classical Base, Unique Voice Quality, Soothing

Aneek- Versatile and he tries to master the techniqualites of difficult songs

Raja - Very soulfull singing. Hits high notes with ease and very divine and fresh voice, strong classically

Amanat - Sings different genre of songs with ease. Fresh voice and clasically strong.

Aneek - voice suits rap and fast numbers. hits high notes well.

Raja: Very refreshing and soulful voice, gives me a taste of Rajasthan (the sandy deserts, colourful attire and romance), would love to hear him singing "Maand" - based folk songs for hours, voice has a lot of power too

Amanat: soft ghazals and nazms are his forte - literally unbeatable in this genre

Aneek: a jack of all trades who can sing any kind of song faultlessly

Amanat---his MD has good knowledge of classical song and
if they stick with this type of song in final he can be winner

Aneek--His MD is big pramotor and knows how to play game from 2005 should stick to sonu's song

Raja-- his MD is present day popular MD and has lots of respect from public should stick to his genre of songs
