UNFAIR for Aneek - Page 2

Himesh has a big part in what he sings too...and how he sings it...i think Aneek is a great singer but i absolutely hate his mentor....i dont think that aneek should get any non-eligibility for that though....

Although, please forgive me, i think that aneek ought to be eliminated. i think so because while he is still there, nobody else will have the chance to sing or get into playback!

Unfortunately, voting or winning at this stage us no longer a matter of versatality or singing ability. If votes were displayed by region, we will all see that Aneek's primary base will be East and Raja will have Rajasthan behind him.

I did say vote for Amanat - he is more versatile among the three!

Ya Ali was sufi based and so is Bulla Ki Jaana rightly pointed out by trishanku3. So you can not say that Aneek didn't try. Unlike Raja who you say was ridiculed , Aneek got praise for these performances out of his comfort zone.

I wasn't trying to corner Raja but clear the misconception that Raja is versatile and Aneek is not.

Both Aneek and Raja are versatile to an extent.

I agree with the last line u stated, Both Aneek and Raja are versatile to an extent, but why is Raja always critisized for his lack of versatility? Whereas no one says anything abt Aneek's lack of versatility!! Ya ali and Bulla ki Jana are not really sufiana songs...Im talking about Nusarat Ji level...and Aneek has yet to prove that, which he probably wont get to because of the guinesis aka HR. Its not fair that Raja is trying his best at all genres, even if they do not suit his voice quality, and then gets bashed. Again this is just my opinion on the whole versatility issue. I must say that Amanat is the most versatile. but lacks that emotional "oumph" factor. So all three have their plus and minuses. We just have to vote for the contestant that we want to hear as an individual. And for me, out of the three, I want Raja to win :) We need to stop this whole "Raja sucks/Aneek sucks" IF drama (and we were begining to think that drama only happened on the srgmp sets 😆 )

I am confused as to what your definition of vesatility is.

you expect versatility to mean if you do not (not cannot) sing the song of one singer you are not versatile.

You want Aneek to sing a Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan he has sang in his genre which is sufi. Amanat has not sung a NFK song so according to your def he is also not versatile but like Aneek he has also sung in the same genre and received praise.

Bottom line at this stage no one lacks versatility and no one sucks.

maybe one of the reasons tht ppl dont like aneek is because HR is his mentor but thts not the only reason. aneek seems or i shd say SEEMED to enjoy all the love sotry attnetion tht he was getting; tryign to be all coy n he even asked HR on stage if he is gonna get the girl. after the love story criticism, he has started to go against it. weneve a celbrity comes he tries to go as near to them as possible and wants all the attention to himself. wen akshay kumar came, aneek was barely even letting him dance n aditya kept bring akshay in the front.
but these r trivial matters n since its a singing competition they dont mean a lot. i think aneek's vocie is very immature, his voice doesnt isnt suitable to be a playback voice as OF NOW, maybe after some years.

can himesh sing like AR rahman or nusrat fateh ali..no.can himesh divine performance like raja when he was singing Haji ali song..NOoooooooooooooooooooooooo so why expect this poor kids to be versatile...shubha mudgal does not sing chupke se...she sings dam kalander thats what suits her.so let judge on technicality not versatility

your right actually, but i was just expressing my point that you cant really point at one person and say lack of versatility (and yes most people are using genre specific singers to relate to) and I used Aneek and sufiana songs as my example. I just dont find it fair that most people are saying Raja is not versatile and Aneek is, when the truth is that they both are in their own ways. And im glad u think that way too :)

Vote for RAJA...A genuine singer of genuine judge..and please don't discuss HR at all..lets not make him HERO PLEAZ
