In the past couple of weeks we have seen a lot of topics posted on Himesh Reshamiya. He and his actions have been dissected to the minutest detail and discussed in great detail. However, it seems while doing so, many of you also have crossed the line of IF COC and section rules and have resorted to abuse, personal attack and profanity against him and participants.

Here is a reminder – such actions shall NOT be tolerated. Whatever may be the provocation, you cannot simply break the section rules or the IF COC codes and resort to making profane abusive posts against the person.

So next time you open a topic on Himesh Reshamiya (or anyone else too), remember to abide by the following rules:

1. You want to discuss his actions in the show, please do so objectively but without getting personal or bashing him.

2. If you find some unsavory article of him in another site which has bashed him, you will simply not post the link here.

3. You will not attack or abuse any member who does not agree to your point of view. If you find that you have been attacked, simply report it to the dev team and we will take action.

About the thing that I like about HR is the intense passion and feeling with which he sings certain songs like "Naam Hai Tera" etc. He is so absorbed that we can feel the intensity. But in acting as a Mentor he tries to be forth right in his decisions, but often spoken words are subject to miscommunications misinterpretations. Most men are not so tactful as the ladies. He could opt to just keep quiet, but that would be against the interest of the show. The long and short of it is that he is very vital and crital to the success of the show.

i dont agree at all wid the topic.....
SRGMP was much more respectful in old days when it was pure singing contest..... still if they keep same format of tht old SRGMP when sonu was there i m ready to c tht wid more passion & i think most of the music lovers will also luv to c tht.......
this dramatic version of SRGMP & to collect more votes ,not my kinda thing so i simply dont like HR & his craps

Part of the problem and infighting we see is due to the Mentors passing remarks about singers from the opposing teams. The Mentors freely express their likes and dislikes, and it is subjective whether the comments are fair. This problem could be eliminated if none of the contestants belonged to any Gharana. But such being the case the show could be boring and the contestants are also not able to form a close relationship with the mentors. Perhaps once the contest reaches towards the final stages the opposing Mentors should not be commenting on the performance of the contestants, so that the viewers are not influenced. A lot of tension also builds up towards the final stages.

HR is quite the opposite of Bappi and one is loud and the other quiet. But viewers generally do not seem to like either of them, to the same extent. But those that love them generally keep quiet or are not so vocal, so it seems as if there are so many haters around. Bappi does proud to the Bengali songs and Himesh is revered by the Sufi genre.
