His behavior is not normal. Normal people don't indulge in extreme sexual harassment. Poor Aneek seems to be scared, he seemed to have lost his personality and comes across very pathetic.

Aneek is a real pro when it comes to singing and performing. He cannot be distracted by anyone. He may look like a kid but he manages quite well because they have all been singing from young. He knows that HR is very close and supportive of him 'Mere Bachey, mere Aneek".
