also like i said earlier, if this is all scripted then zee should have the balls to say so because until then this will be considered a reality talent show.

whatever is happening is completely unethical and it shouldnt be allowed to go on just for the sake of cheap entertainment.

Cheap entertainment and HR are pretty much synonymous. Somehow SRGMP also seems to have lost its charm for me. Just the other day, they showed an old 2005 recording of SRGMP. It was so much more decent and enjoyable.

I dont think she can win the case for sexual harassment against Himesh.... because though its verbal abuse in public by linking her with two guys... he never said she loves both or either.... he said that both of them love her and are trying to win her over.... and the abuse was not of sexual nature.... (Punjiniji refer to the definition put from wikipedia in ur post, first line)

But I am sure if she files a case for defamation and emotional torture for indemnity.... she can make HR bankrupt 😃

Regardless of whether contestants knew what they were signing up for or not, Himesh's "love story" promotes the general idea that women are nothing more than objects of men's desires, their own desires are irrelevant. Wow, what an emotional man with such pyar in his heart. He should become a filmmaker and spread this most wonderful vision of love. 🤢

It is sexual in an indirect manner. The Wikipedia post talks about indirect references also. HR once mentioned that Aneek or Amanat was having an affair with someone in Bappida's gharana. What does an affair imply? Again, when they talk about "rishta" and "dulhan" are you trying to say there is no connection with a sexual union?

As I said before, sexual harassment has become a lot broader in scope now. Maybe not in India but certainly in US, a girl in Sumedha's position can certainly think of putting a case against HR or Zee itself.

Another point is that if a contract prevents Sumedha from filing a case, then the public can do the needful. In the 'Big Brother' show in the UK, a lot of hairs were split about whether the girls were taunting Shilpa in a racist manner or not. Shilpa herself denied that it was racism (maybe she was legally bound) but the entire South Asian and African origin population of UK rose as one voice against the racial oppression that Shilpa faced. We saw the favourable results thereafter. The biggest win was that the subject of racial discrimination came under scrutiny.

Look Kabhi, I am not interested in getting into silly arguments with you. A mother's talk of rishta can certainly not be compared with what we saw on the show. I notice a lack of seriousness on your part, so I would like to ignore this post of yours and move on.

Rishta banvoo it good things......rishta karna hey ek se karooo....2dho key saat hey bolega thoo acha nahe lagtha na...wo be bar bar.....bolega thoo its harassment.......😳 if its my mom or ur mom bolega tho be its a type of harassment....😊

its not just worrying for sumedha. its a bigger issue. you cannot grasp the scope of it all. but hey, what can be expected of someone who gives more importance to mirch masala than ethics
