Sumedha should sue HR

I think Sumedha has very strong case to sue HR for slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress (extreme and outrageous conduct resulting in server emotional distress to another). Zeetv is walking on very thin ice right now. Then again, I dont know India's laws - I hope she has a strong case

Sumedha probably has no recourse.

I myself also would like to sue HR for either IIED and NIED for ruining hte
beauty of Aneek's performances with his inspid comments. Then again
he probably has some sort of insanity defense that would get him off the
hook!

Exactly...it's not so easy to just SUE some established channel..they get signatures on all kinds of papers before they present them on TV.

Plus if Sumedha clearly stated that she doesn't like all these,and then if HR still continues..then she has some case otherwise..there is nothing to sue for!! Anyways..Sumedha is loving it, i don't see her in any distress, so NO sympathy from me towards her!

Here in US too..all these kind of dramas have came out - even between the judges and contestant (Paula Abdual and guy from first season of American Idol) ..but still he couldn't prove anything..It's wasy to sue for.but to win is not as easy
