👏👏 Congratulations 👏👏

1. Mentors are here to help each participant in their gharana to complete the task.. They can guide the participants, but they cannot reveal to the one participant about the entry by another participant.. So, its a fair game..
2. Mentors must see to it that all the participants submit the entries on time, if they dont submit they will be eliminated automatically..
3. If suppose a participant wants to withdraw - they must inform the mentor and the co-ordinating committee about it, who will in turn get a new participant to replace that member (P.S - He/She will be replaced only if they inform to the mentor, if they do not inform - they will be considered as non-participant and no member will be replaced for them.. They must have informed both the mentor and the co-ordinating committee)
4. If a mentor wants to leave in mid of the contest, they must inform the co-ordinating committee and also select one participant as a mentor for the further rounds..
5. All the entries should be collected by the mentor and sent to the coordinating committee.. No entries sent by the participant themselves will be accepted.. So, please see to it that participant maintain a coordination with the mentor..

The mentor of each gharana will help each individual member of that gharana to complete a task. The job is supervision, exactly like what the SRGMP C2007 mentors are doing - simply coach .In this round it is poem writing. But the mentors should not disclose the task of one memberr to the other member of his/her gharana and treat each task with each member in a confidential way. He/she will collect the tasks from all his/her gharana members and PM them to the ID : srgmp*contest* before the submission time expires.
