Let me tell you something .....

Raja was performing quite well and consitantly.
Then on the forum i read that he is going to perform "Vandemataram" for Independence Day. I was struck with anxiety for the first time. I was saying "Oh God, Let his performance be excellent". I was worried cuz he had been continuously singing in high notes and i am sure he must be spending lot of time on Riyaz. This particular song's soul was in high notes. Imagine even of the one sur falls or voice cracks it would have sounded too bad......

Par apana RAJA, main usake baare mein kya kahoo....Not only first but the once more performance was also so mindblowing that i was literally in tears.

Of-course no-one can deny the fact that the dignity with which he handles all praises and unnecessary words from Himesh, is commendable.

Raja's simplicity is the best thing about him. He is not taking the current success for granted, he wants to prove it everytime that he is worth it..And this makes a winner, coz' the moment you become complacent, boy you are gone..

It's true that miles to go before you sleep Raja, but its looking like you will do exactly that.

If someone likes Raja's singing, then how can Mussarat's fade that away..

im just saying that you cant say someone isnt the best when he has done the two best performances in the competition. mussarat is so great. no one can touch him just because what he sings, no one else can.

you know what..doing it once in a while is ok..but doing it consistently makes a person best in his area...

lets not start the debate here on Mussarat's greatness. I do like him too but my favourite is Raja.

You praise your favourite in a thread for him, I won't bother you there.

I was not a keen follower of SRGMP till about 8 weeks ago and I am so glued to it now. And yes Raja does rock.

I agree to the starter of the thread that Raja is best of the best.

I saw her name even on www.rajahasan.com she seems to be true Raja ki Deewani as her nick name is.

Keep it up Raja ki Deewani.

I feel he is a very loving human being and it reflects in his singing. This is one of the reason why his songs touch our heart. 😛

I had stopped watching SRGMP since two years....that is C005 and Ek main aur ek tu...

I just happened to see Allah ke Bande episode and felt this boy sings good and then i heard he was eliminated.

Out of curiocity watched the Bhramhastra round. And I was totally Fida on Naina thag Lenge.............

Now I watch it for "Raja The Great" every week....................

He gives me a singing surprise ........
