You symbolize a train

Let me explain... since there are so many aspects to your personality, such as shyness, being outgoing, being supportive, etc. that may change with the circumstances and situation, you are the train driver and all the passengers represent these different emotions, or aspects of your personality. Also, you being the driver, rather than the passenger, shows that you control these emotions. When some passengers leave the train, it symbolizes you letting go of some emotions, and new passengers symbolize adopting a new view.
