I think Amanat's Dil Luteya was a failed attempt. He failed to create the same kind of ambience which Aneek does each time. He probably realized it was not his comfort genre and stopped making further attempts.

Here are some of Aneek's strong points:

1. Amazing voice, God gifted
2. hits clear notes, totally in command in all ranges.
3. sings from heart - expresses the emotions or the attitude behind each song clearly
4. articulates each and every word - being from bengal his pronunciation is really praiseworthy - gives attention to detail.
5. creative, adds a little rap a little soul or a little harkate here and there
which makes the song more appealing.
6. excellent performer apart from being an excellent singer.

Yeah, you are right he will go very far.

@holymary- yaar, this is a post where people can express their opinion...if someone's opinion is diff than yours, why are you going around trying to persuade them to change theirs? Please let us express what we feel without having someone quote us and go against us 😊 If you like Aneek- thats great...but some others dont...and please respect that 😛

Very tough call.

I think Amanat has a more mature and silky voice with a better classical base. But Aneek is just tailor made for playback singing.

Amanat has a mature voice.whenever aneek sings i feel someone is singing in lil champs. 😆 😆

It is very difficult to compare between this two, both are versatile in their own sense, both have different but attractive voices, whereas Amanat has very clear pronounciation, Aneek gives lots of feelings for the particular songs, both are ready for recording materials, wishing all the best to both of them.

Aneek's voice is much much better than Amanat. He sings very casually and tensionless. He is a versatile singer.

Aneek is a more versatile singer, But I enjoy Amanat's singing much more than Aneek's.

come on yaar when did i try to pursuade anyone to change one's mind ? i respect individual choice. i may have gotten a bit carried away a few times, but never meant to disrecpect any one. ya, amant is damn good no doubt and if he wins by public support, so be it.

For me, they both stand together in the the #2 spot. I can't choose between the two. Raja of course, is the king of my heart in this competition...well, where he's concerned, there is no competition - but with these two, its so hard to choose the better. Amanat has this soothing quality to his voice thats just so pleasant...and Aneek is just gifted...too good - in every kind of song.

Its a tough call...I will be sad to see the day when these two bid us farewell...
